From concept to production, Thermacore Europe has the experience, knowledge and proven engineering methodology to design, prototype, validation test and manufacture a thermal solution that meets your unique application requirements.  

Our experience includes designing custom, high performance thermal management solutions for multi-kilowatt applications such as IBGT cooling to microwatt solutions for medical device applications. Thermacore Europe provides integrated thermal solutions at the component, board and system level. With nearly 40 years of experience, our know-how spans a diversified set of global markets that includes Military, Aerospace, Consumer, Telecoms and Communication, Medical and Automotive. 

How do we work with the Thermacore Engineering Team? 

In a typical application, Thermacore Europe will use experienced technical sales staff to distill a set of workable solutions, even from the first visit to a customer's facility. A project will then be passed on to an internal engineer who will partner with your engineering team. As a partner, we will take the design constraints (thermal, mechanical, environmental) of your unique application and develop a thermal solution concept.

From this concept, Thermacore Europe's engineering team will utilise our design experience and analytical tools to develop a thermal solution that meets the requirements of your application. Based on the theoretical analysis and design results, we will fabricate a prototype to validate the theoretical performance.

After the prototype thermal/mechanical performance has been validated, we typically enter into qualification and pre-production stages before mass production.
