Kevin Lynn   Kevin Lynn
Engineering Manager

Kevin has been with us since Sept 2001, moving from a 10 year engineering design and management role. Heading up the Engineering Department, which is split into Research & Applications Design, he is a highly experienced and versatile engineer with a proven track record in New Product design and manufacture across several market sectors. Kevin has a B. Eng. (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering and lectured in 3D computer aided design for several years.


 
  David Mullen
Senior R&D Engineer

Joining us in March 2006, David has extensive experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer in various industries including Automotive and general Industry.

He has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and is a corporate member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.


 
Colin Burnet   Colin Burnet
Senior Application Design Engineer

Colin joined us in November 2007, with a background of new product introduction in automotive and aerospace thermal product. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering is a corporate member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and is named on several patents.


 
Craig Richardson  

Craig Richardson
N.P.I. Design Engineer

Craig joined our team in June 2005. He has a BTEC - ONC Level 2 in Mathematics, Engineering Applications of Computers, Industry & Society, and Electronics et al.

Craig is experienced in Auto Desk- Auto CAD-3D Design, R13 Solid Modelling and "Solid Works", AutoSM and Mechanical Desktop 2 & 5. Craig has a work history in Mechanical Engineering, as a Draughtsman and extensive experience on introducing projects into Production Manufacturing.


 
Ryan McGlen  

Ryan McGlen
Applications Research Engineer

Ryan joined us in October 2002. an is an Applications Research Engineer with five years experience in Thermal and Mechanical Design. His current role is divided between developing custom thermal solutions for the cooling of electronic systems for the Medical, Military and Telecom Markets and research and development into the next generation thermal technologies. He has been involved as both engineer and project manager on several major research projects and is in his final stages of completing a PhD that investigated Two-Phase Loop Thermosyphon Heatpipes and Micro-channel Liquid Cold Plates for cooling micrprocessors.


 
David Robe

Applications Graduate Engineer

David came to train with us first as an Apprentice Design Engineer in January 2004. David has now completed 2 years in ONC-Mechanical Engineering and 2 years in HNC Mechanical Engineering. David is currently working towards BEng in Mechanical Engineering, where now he holds his current position.


 
Elvedin Halimic  

Elvedin Halimic
R&D PhD

Elvedin only joined us in May 2007. He majored in Thermodynamic and Fluid Dynamics at University of Banjaluka in Bosnia and received a BS/BA. He has also completed an MPhil qualification in Examination of Alternative Refrigerant in a Vapour Compression System at Newcastle University, here in the UK. He is also a co-author of a publication relating to his project. At the moment Elvedin is working towards his PhD in Micro-Channel Liquid Cooling Module.


 
Andreas Engelhardt  

Andreas Engelhardt
R&D PhD

Andreas joined us in October 2005, He has an M Eng (Hons) in Mechanical and Automotive Engineering also a Dipl-Ing (FH) in European Mechanical Engineering. At the moment Andreas is working towards his PhD in Effects of Bending and Flattening of Heat pipes.


 
Aboude Haddad  

Aboude Haddad
R&D PhD

Aboude came to work with us in May 2004, he has B Eng in Mechanical Engineering with Business, a MS in Mechanical Engineering Design and is at this moment working on his PhD in Vapour Chamber Design and Manufacture. Aboude has work history as an Engineer since 2002.


 
Masoud Ameli  

Masoud Ameli
Research & CFDEngineer

Masoud joined us in May 2004. He has a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering (1999) and was awarded a Master of Philosophy for research on the "Cooling of High Power projector Lamps" by University of Newcastle upon Tyne . At this time, his main research activities are focused on "Loop Heat Pipe" and "Micro-Channel liquid cold plates". He has authored or co-authored 7 publications and has one pending patent.
